She has 8 years of experience in some of the leading planning firms in Israel, including MYS Architects and, Bar-Levy Architects, and more. She has experience in urban planning and cardamom urban renewal projects in various stages. Sasha joined the company in 2021, responsible for several large and significant urban plans dealing with the renewal of industrial zones and the construction of new Business complexes. She is reliable, among other things, for the "Ha-Melaha St." project in Holon, the "Coca-Cola complex" in Hod Hasharon, and more. Sasha is fluent in Hebrew and Russian at the mother tongue level.

She has 8 years of experience in some of the leading planning firms in Israel, including Bar-Levy Architects, Gordon Architects, and more. She has experience in planning and leading complex zoning and detailed planning projects. Shuly joined the company in 2022, leads the planning management of the execution projects in Tel Aviv, and is also responsible for several large zoning plans, such as the improvement of the Soroka Hospital land and the planning of a new residential neighborhood in Ashdod. Shuly is fluent in both Hebrew and English as her mother tongue.

Elinor Driemer - Architect Holds a B.Arch in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture at Ariel University and is a registered architect with experience in designing and managing complex projects in both the private and public sectors. She is experienced in leading all stages of planning and execution—from rights analysis, design management, working with authorities and consultant coordination,through to superposition, construction details and site supervision. She specializes in advanced construction methods, sustainability, and green building (WELL Building Standard). Elinor joined the company in 2025 as a Project Manager. In her role, she is responsible for design management and leading projects in both master planning (TABA) and detailed design for execution and licensing. Elinor is fluent in Hebrew at a native level and speaks English.

Yuval Shuval - Urban Planner and Project Manager yuval holds a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Urban Planning from the Hebrew University and a B.A. in Geoinformatics and Geography. yuval has extensive experience in planning management, promoting zoning plans (TABA), VATMAL (National Infrastructure Plans), and urban renewal projects for national bodies and government ministries. Yuval joined the company in 2026 and manages a wide range of zoning, planning promotion, and licensing projects. Yuval is fluent in Hebrew and has high proficiency in English

Rachel Haimov Pinyan Architect a graduate of the Department of Architecture at Ariel University with honors. She has about a decade of experience in architecture, urban planning, leading teams, and promoting complex statutory plans in the fields of infrastructure, transportation, and urban renewal. She brings rich experience from leading planning firms such as "Shlomo Aronson Architects" and "Mnaad Architects" . Rachel joined the company in 2026 and currently leads diverse urban planning projects. Rachel is fluent in Hebrew and has high proficiency in English.

She is experienced in working with licensing systems, municipal authorities, preparing documentation files, consultant coordination, and ongoing management. Nov joined the company in 2025. In her role, she is responsible for design management and leading the planning team, running planning meetings, tracking ongoing tasks, managing schedules, reporting to clients, and executing cross-company operations. Nov is fluent in Hebrew at a mother tongue level and has full proficiency in English.
